The Raspberry Pi 4B is perfect for what he needs a computer. I had configured a Raspberry Pi 4B for my son a few months ago to use as a desktop computer for his homework. The school informed the parents that starting next Monday, the students will have to join a Google Meet session to have a live lesson with the teachers. There will be live lessons with the teachers via Google Hangouts (aka Google Meet). Due to the schools closed starting next Monday (because of the Coronavirus), my 9-year-old son will be attending school remotely, utilizing the Google suite of applications that his school is using.
